BCI Attends California League of Food Processors Expo
On February 9, Ann Stevenson gave a presentation on BCI's Food Additive Database at the California League of Food Processors (CLFP) Expo. The presentation provided an overview of food additive regulations and testing policies for Canada, Mexico and Japan – markets important to U.S. exporters. Ann demonstrated how the Food Additive Database can help U.S. food companies comply with complex international regulations.
James Christie, President and Managing Director, and Tye Blazey, Director of Sales and Marketing, also attended the expo. The team manned a booth and provided demonstrations of BCI's regulatory data products.
CLFP is the largest tradeshow in California devoted specifically to food processing. It is attended by over 2500 industry members from 11 countries.
